Settlement Officer
- Perform full set of daily settlement operations of HK stock, have experience in settlement of US stock is preferable
- Handle daily clients' fund/securities deposit/withdrawal, corporate actions, SI/ISI, nominee services, stock reconciliation, IPO, placement, etc
- Handle day-begin and day-end with settlement system
- Perform new account opening with settlement system
- Ensure trade processing, clearing and settlement activities processed timely and accurately
- Handle CCASS operations
- Liaise with brokers, in-house colleagues to follow up any settlement issues
- Perform ad hoc assignment as required Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with minimum 3-year relevant working experience
- Familiar with CCASS and internal settlement systems
- Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
