We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Service Support Manager, Main Treasury.

Principal responsibilities

  • Deliver ever greening projects and programmes, work improvement ideas to fully align with global directions.
  • Provide advice to business partners on retail banking projects, suggest prioritization to meet project objectives of quality, timeliness and commercial goals.
  • Identify solutions to production problems, recommending application of technology, deploying robust business and operation design.
  • Participate in handling incidents to minimize service and business impact and monitor helpdesk function to internal customers.
  • Maintain the robustness of business processes and leverage on partnership with Information Technology to ensure service availability and accessibility by customers.
  • Interact with business partners, suppliers, service providers and so on to identify and communicate, progress, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Upkeep a high performance culture through strong leadership and effective people management to lead team members providing best in class Self Service Terminal services and support
  • Assign responsibilities to direct reports and project team members, providing them with the direction and confidence to deliver results.
  • Contribute to have effective project management processes and propose improvements and changes as required.
  • Observe Group Compliance Policy to ensure operational risks are adequately identified, assessed, mitigated and controlled.
  • Comply with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.
  • Implement timely recommendations made by internal and external auditors and external regulators.
  • Manage outsources service providers performance to ensure quality services are delivered
  • Engage in Main Treasury day to day operations to ensure compliance to regulators guidelines and rules.


  • University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related field or significant relevant working experience
  • Proven project management skills and experience of managing some small projects concurrently
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiating skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem identifying and solving ability
  • Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
  • Sound knowledge and experience in operations of branches and Self Service Terminals
  • Pleasant telephone manner and customer contact skill
