Responsibilities

  • Review and approve credit applications for customers within delegated lending authority
  • Develop strategic partnerships with business units, as well as get people and resources aligned and committed, to deliver a sustainable, reasonable and consistent return for the Bank
  • Provide advice to business units on risk assessment, monitoring, deal structuring and account strategies to maintain a well-diversified portfolio of credit risk
  • Contribute proactively to the formulation and review of credit policies, credit processes, lending guidelines, credit manuals and portfolio strategies according to the changing market environment and address current and anticipated business needs

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of credit experience with solid exposure in mid-cap, large or multi-national corporation lending
  • Strong business acumen, with solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, able to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-starter and a good team player, with capacity to drive an innovative culture
