We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Technical Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert and applies a high level of expertise, through technical consultancy and hands on project work.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of latest technology in Digital Originations.
  • Propose technical recommendation on Digital Originations journey, explore potential technical opportunities and technical trend in the market.
  • Working to resolve problems and incidents of varying complexity to sustain the Digital Originations services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behaviour.
  • Work closely with Technical Lead and ensure close collaboration for successful digital deliveries.
  • Ensuring adherence to governance procedures and significant contribution to process improvement.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge and working experience on the local systems which supporting internet banking.
  • Awareness of the digital technical trend in the market.
  • Experience in API enabled Digital customer journeys.
  • Basic understanding on the banking products of Cards, Loans, Debit Accounts, and the respective business processes, operating models.
  • Usage of tools such as Confluence, Jira, Sonar, Quality Center.
  • DevOps processes and experience.
  • Understanding of lean and agile methods of software delivery and the principles and practices.
