Our client is a Financial Services institution. They are looking for a Senior System Specialist / System Specialist to support their IT Infrastructure.You will be expected to manage internal IT projects upon request.
To be qualified for this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10 year's systems administration and support experience of which at least 5 year's solid experience in Microsoft Windows platform
- Proficient with project experience any of following: Microsoft Exchange, o365, VMware, SDI, Citrix XenApp,Microsoft Hyper-V and SCUM'S and Backup will be an advantage
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- ITIL, MUSE'S, PMP, CCNA,MCP preferred
What you will be doing
- Assist in the system architectural design and solutions to meet business requirements
- Provide technical support on private Cloud infrastructure and Windows-based virtualization platform
- Perform infrastructure installation, testing and system software/hardware upgrade
- Conduct and implement strategic plan, system capacity and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain good performance on system infrastructure and high system availability at all times
