You will need a small settlement team and reporting directly to the Operation Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor daily settlement operation, including securities, futures & options, asset management and other CCASS and DCASS operations
- Perform corporate actions, placement, daily stock and cash reconciliation
- Monitor day to day settlement procedures
- Review account opening related document
- Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies
- Communicate with internal and external parties to solve all settlement problems
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry, previous experience in securities brokerage firm preferred
- Strong knowledge with CCASS and DCASS operations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Settlement Manager
