Senior Sales Executive - Outdoor Building Materials

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for company products used in construction and infrastructure projects.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, landscape designers, consultants, quantity surveyors, or government-related bodies involved in outdoor and civil works.
Manage end to end sales process, including pitching, quotations, overseeing sample development, conducting client and site visits, and project management.
Arrange regular client meetings and conduct technical product presentations to promote our solutions and secure project specifications.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Work closely with internal teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and seamless service delivery

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering, Landscape or Business related fields.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales in outdoor construction or building materials industry with proven track record.
Highly fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.
Strong in interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Outgoing, proactive and self-motivated candidate will be preferred.
