Job Description

As Senior Regional Marketing Manager (China market focus), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the regional business strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for China and Chinese-speaking markets.
• Owning the country-level P&L and allocating budgets to achieve commercial goals.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Partnerships teams.
• Driving digital marketing initiatives across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
• Acting as the internal advocate for the region, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Overseeing onboarding funnel improvements and ensuring smooth client journeys.
• Developing strategic plans for 2026 and beyond, ensuring clear business direction.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in regional marketing or country management roles, with a strong focus on China.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact and manage P&L.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in financial services or brokerage; crypto background is a plus.
• Ability to navigate regulatory complexities in China.
