Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing mobile application initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive digital transformation projects and enhance customer experience across mobile platforms.

Your new role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall project governance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate application enhancements, system integrations, API development, and digital platform initiatives.
• Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies across multiple workstreams.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to project milestones, and effective issue resolution.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on application delivery.
• Proven track record delivering mobile application projects (iOS, Android, or digital customer platforms).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application development, API integrations, and digital technologies.
• Experience managing external vendors, system integrators, and offshore development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Mandatory experience within the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, digital banking, payments, wealth management, or fintech.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
