My client, a leading fintech in Hong Kong is currently looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager/owner to lead the loyalty/rewards customer proposition. Sitting in the products team, this individual will be the strategic driver for the loyalty and rewards customer proposition – helping build this initiative and take it to scale

You will need to be customer-focused, outcome-driven, comfortable with delivery via digital channels with a natural intuition for design and technology and have a strategic mindset. 

You will be working with a team and responsible for designing and executing product strategies and platform features that will drive customer engagement, product ‘stickiness’ and loyalty.


  • Loyalty and Rewards scheme design
  • Loyalty partnerships strategy and sourcing
  • Commercial modelling and PnL management, in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Loyalty campaign design and execution  Define and manage the product backlog, prioritising feature releases in line with the broader roadmap
  • Be the voice of the customer in the definition of your propositions, and collaborate with other product owners to converge on a broader coherent proposition
  • Provide insights into product, technology and market trends, pre-empting imminent disruptions and identifying opportunities for acceleration
  • Work with UX and Service Design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Organisational design and setup for the ‘live’ team
  • Assist with definition of the commercial launch and go-to-market strategy
  • Identify required partners for regulatory requirements or support needs
  • Design, monitor and report on product KPIs
  • Facilitate the build and testing of operational processes, systems and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with other Stream Leads, Design, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Strategic Partner-ships to define and track the MVP through a shared understanding what is desirable, viable and feasible


  • Digital product management/product owner/development experience
  • Be the strategic driver for the loyalty and rewards programme – helping build this proposition and take it to scale
  • Experience with large reward/loyalty programmes – from looking at rewards strategy, partnership strategies, how to put the business model together, pricing, how different reward/point mechanisms work etc – Strong knowledge of the moving pieces in a successful large scale rewards/loyalty programme 
  • Excellent communications, a strong customer focus and a natural inclination to let empirical research define and inform product/service priorities
