We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Governance Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Provide market insights and track market trends through active engagement with market research agencies, sales focus group, industry news provider, secondary researches or reports and internal
  • Monitor and report product audit management action progress to facilitate appropriate business review and audit and Business Risk Control Management validation
  • Devise scope and delivery approach across key stakeholders within INHK namely product, multiple channels, operation, underwriting, finance, etc. whenever appropriate
  • Identify any business and project issues at early advance and resolve or escalate whenever necessary
  • Perform and maintain appropriate initiative progress status update to regular reports with necessary business owner endorsement to facilitate appropriate review and business targets delivery

Requirements ​
  • Bachelors degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, business or related field
  • Solid years of experience in financial services, particularly insurance products retailing to different segment of customers via multiple distribution channels
  • Proven analytical, planning and strategic management experience within a product, marketing and strategy function or equivalent
  • Proven experience of managing support to diversified team with multiple objectives
  • Strong leadership skills coupled with a high and demanding benchmark
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Ability to think strategically in line with HSBC Groups vision
  • Ability to build long term relationships and manage all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complexities. Knowledge of HSBC Group desired
