Our client is a profitable investment company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior PA/ office manager to take care their office

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the office admin and maintain the office supplies 
  • Manage vendors including IT, furniture and maintenance
  • Arrange internal meetings and prepare agendas as required
  • Manage daily appointments, meeting schedules and travel arrangements
  • Manage telephone calls and prepare documents as required
  • Coordinate and organize various travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation
  • Prepare presentation materials and management reports
  • Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Min.8 years' solid experience in office admin including some experience as office manager
  • Experience in managing a small- medium size office is Desirable 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English &Cantonese
  • Prefer working experience from finance/professional service industry
  • Dynamic, energetic and  adaptable to new environment 
  • Positive mindset with can do attitude
