The Job

• Seeking business opportunities and expanding business, covering Life and GI Business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B partners, in-house advisors and orphan clients
• Serve as the primary contact for front-line channels. Providing sales training, guidance & support to in-house Advisors
• Arrange insurance training and seminars for B2B partners and in-house advisors
• Arrange Sales meeting for in-house advisors
• Conducting market research to identify new market opportunities and distribute latest market update
• Ensure all License Representatives meet regulatory and compliance requirements

The Person

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of Insurance Brokerage & Investment Brokerage experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
• IIQE Paper 1 - 3 is a must for Life Insurance & General Insurance. IIQE Paper 4 & 5 will be advantage
• SFC License Type 1 & 4 and MPF License will be an advantage
• Experience with Family Office/ CIES campaign will be an advantage
• People oriented and strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
