Formulate the marketing communication plan, strategies and tactics to build BOC Credit Cards' branding and achieve business goals via different customer touch points
Strengthen and uplift brand image and awareness through implementation of online and offline marketing programs, communication initiatives, etc.
Formulate & implement PR strategy and plan which are in line with the business target as well as to support new business/products launch. Handle media and public enquiries, plan and conduct press conference and media interviews to enhance brand awareness
Develop promotional materials, including press releases, social media, videos, advertisement, frontline communication materials, etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve the corporate and business goals
Keep abreast on latest market trends and provide market insights to define brand and product positioning
Lead and own the Rewards Programs, be responsible for formulating, planning development and implementation of Rewards policies and programs for the Company
Manage vendors, including advertising and media agenizes, production house, etc. to ensure the delivery of high quality services
Monitor program progress / effectiveness and conduct post-program evaluation for future improvement
Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years' solid marketing communication experience. Previous exposure in credit card business is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to interact effectively with senior management and subordinates, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
Creative, flexible, well-organized, analytical and with strategic thinking, able to work multi-tasks
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
