- Our client, a well-established Financial Services company is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support the organisation's continued growth and transformations. The company manages a diverse portfolio, and is committed to building a high-performing, values-driven culture. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to work closely with senior leadership and principals, providing strategic counsel while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations matters.
Your new role
- Act as the trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end performance management and talent management frameworks.
- Drive HR operations streamlining, ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable processes.
- Support the organisation's ongoing culture journey, helping strengthen engagement, alignment and leadership capability.
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented HR guidance across employee relations, organisational development and change management.
- Partner closely with the business to anticipate people needs and deliver proactive HR strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Senior-level HR experience gained in a top-tier Family Office or Banking or a UHNW-backed organisation.
- Strong generalist background with proven ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on advisory and operational works.
- Deep experience across performance management, talent development, and HR operations optimisation.
- Exceptional communication, diplomacy and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, discreet, highly professional environment.
