ZACD Group is a diversified financial services and real estate investment management group based in Singapore and Hong Kong. Focusing on middle market and emerging growth companies in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Greater China, ZACD specialises in real estate fund management, private capital raising, M&A, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships and other structured financings. ZACD is seeking an experienced finance professional to join its team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate would become an integral member of a young and growing team, leading deal origination, fund raising and transaction execution. Prior experience with real estate industry would be preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transaction team and execute deal leads generated from the ZACD Group’s companies and affiliates
  • Devise deal sourcing strategies, identify sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for deal origination
  • Assist in setting up relevant real estate funds to be managed by the Group, marketing of fund products to qualified individuals, family offices and institutional investors in Asia-Pacific
  • Prepare pitch books and other client presentations
  • Project manage and lead daily implementation of relevant corporate finance and M&A transactions, including communicating and liaising with clients, counterparties, and other professional parties in the working group

 

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of solid experience in corporate finance and/or fund raising activities with reputable firms
  • Excellent self-starter with the ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Experience in covering real estate sector is a plus
  • Qualified to be licensed under the SFC in Types 1, 6 or 9 regulated activities
  • Strong technical skills in valuation, financial modelling and pitch book preparation
  • Good command (written and spoken) of both English and Mandarin is required
