Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for customer experience of digital journey and end-to-end digital product launch, overseeing digital journey of deposit and secured loans
  • Develop ideas to grow online channel share and conversion funnel across our digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on customer journey
  • Drive usability tests by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, post implementation review and escalation
  • Be the internal and external evangelist for the products, helping stakeholders understand product benefits and unique selling proposition


Requirements
  • Customer centric with eye for details, to develop best in class digital customer journey
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Keen interest in emerging digital trends and how to apply them to improve digital customer experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in dynamic environment
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in customer experience, design, UX/UI, product & project management
  • Knowledge in banking and finance and experience in agile projects and digital transformation project is a plus
  • University graduate, preferable in Business, Finance, Marketing or Information Technology
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
