Our client is a leading financial services group in Hong Long, which is providing private wealth management and investment banking services with holding SFC Types 1, 4, 6 and 9.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement human resources strategies including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Employee Relation as well as Training and Development
  • Responsible for recruitment & selection to cope with business expansion
  • Develop overall company compensation & benefits strategies to so attract and retain best talents in the market    
  • Responsible for review, formulation and implementation of company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory
  • Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
  • Handle general office administration duties and office support

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of Human Resources & Administration experience in financial institution
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislations    
  • HRIS implementation will be definitely advantage
  • Stable career record with energetic, good communication and project management
  • Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good computer skill in Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
