We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Client Management.

Principal responsibilities
  • Managing and communicating the service expectations of clients as delivered by HSBC Securities Services
  • Responsible for creation and deployment of specific client plan and assistance with the development of others, and measurement of client and HSS performance against that plan
  • Assist in the development of promotion strategy for product presentation within existing client base
  • Coordinate and present, as required, monthly or quarterly KPI reporting during client onsite visits
  • Achieve high client satisfaction with HSS services through proactive relationship management, connection with key decision makers at the clients, regular visits and relationship reviews and ensuring appropriate visibility of HSS with the clients
  • Provide the client with regular updates on HSBC product developments and activities. Where appropriate provide client feedback to the product development teams on new and desired initiatives.
  • Assist clients with new product or Fund launches from inception to delivery
  • Ensure that appropriate risk review meetings are held every 12 months and that client due diligence, risk and development issues are fully considered and discussed.
  • Management of credit, FX documentation and wider HSBC Banking process, as applicable
  • Management of onsite due diligence visits across the client base
  • Ensure the timely completion of new business documentation and appropriate presentation of same at the various committees and ensure oversight of the onboarding process.

  • Solid experience in financial services industry with some relevant securities services experience
  • Significant operational experience with funds and strong technical background is required
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated effective decision maker that can operate independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities and coordinate the efforts of others in order to bring a process to closure
  • Client focused team player with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
