About the Business

Work you'll do

 

• Leads the modernization of mission critical applications
• Leads the system architecture plan integrated with all relevant & applicable business processes / functions and advises on integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems
• Leads complex engagements that include custom application design and development, business process management and solution integration, large-scale Technology Delivery Program (Advise-Implement-Operate Efforts), and can appropriately evaluate project economics and develop a strategic approach for multi-year and/or multi-faceted projects"
• Defines, structures, and implements system engineering solutions to address client’s business challenges within specific domain (System Design & Engineering, Application Modernization, etc.) 
• Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

We are looking for someone with

• University graduate with major in computer science or other relevant discipline
• Certified AWS / Azure / GCP / Mulesoft / BOOMI developer lead or architects
• Experience in delivery lead, development lead, or solution architect in digital transformation projects or large scale delivery projects in AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience in Development and Delivery in Mulesoft / BOOMI projects, or API integration related projects
• Experience in leading development and delivery in microservice projects with common technology stacks like Java SpringBoot, NodeJS, or GoLang. 
• Exposure in Agile or Waterfall methodology
• Would be better if he/she has experience in working in consultancy firms, and experience in working with development teams in ML10 + years of experiences in consulting experience.
• Knowledge in IT procurement process
• Fluent communication in Mandarin, English or Cantonese
• Ability to leverage specialized System Delivery & Modernization domain knowledge to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda.
• Ability to guide the team and lead the client through end to end System Engineering solution deployment in a seamless manner aimed at optimizing business impact for client.
• Ability to apply a forward-looking perspective with business, service, and industry-oriented approach to lead the transformation agenda.
• Ability to guide the team and client through specialized System Engineering expertise to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda/complex issues
• Ability to lead System Engineering strategy and its implementation conversations / exercise with C-Suite and/or sub C-Suite executives at client to support enterprise-wide decision-making, service improvement and strengthen stakeholder management.
