Senior Investment Services Manager (Call Centre) (Ref: UG8002-00-Efin)
Lead and plan the operation of the Teleservices team and to deliver superior and efficient hotline services such as Investment, general enquiry and outbound sales activities. Implement efficient operational risk management to ensure the fulfillment of legal and compliance requirements by regulators. Lead strategic outsourcing activities and act as a liaison across a spectrum of third-party vendors to enhance performance and execute business strategies, goals and objectives of the bank.
(Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Investment Services Manager.)
