We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Investment Restrictions Analyst.

In this role, you will

  • Support team head to ensure quality and consistency of Investment Guideline controls especially with regards to coding and testing of rules.
  • Perform restrictions coding set up approval and daily restriction monitoring and alert uplifting.
  • Support to provide solutions for post deal checking of non codeable restrictions and maintain the list for regular reviews.
  • Support the delivery of suitable MI and input for better STP processes to all business lines and functions affected, including Risk, Compliance, Front Office, Product, Data, IT, etc.
  • Engage with key stakeholders from all business lines and functions to perform daily tasks.
  • Support team head on generation of monthly MI for the global processes undertaken within all teams and support actions derived based on the outcome.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • ​University graduate with solid years of industry experience
  • Charles River IMS or Bloomberg AIM required, CADIS or Markit EDM very welcome, advanced MS suite skills including Excel and  PowerPoint obligatory.
  • Good knowledge of Investment Restrictions processes
  • Good knowledge of respective local and international regulatory requirements, including SFC and MPF Rules, UCITS and AIFMD
  • Good knowledge of fund contracts or IMAs, prospectuses and other relevant mandate specific documentation.
  • Track record of guidelines negotiation and practical rule translation, coding and testing.
  • Demonstrates courageous integrity and ability to challenge existing and new practices.
  • International experience or experience of dealing with international resources.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
