Partner with multiple business units and corporate functions in Hong Kong and Taiwan to provide technical advice and IT solutions to address business needs
Work closely with different internal global/regional IT teams and service providers to ensure delivery of IT solutions
Lead the decision making, planning, and execution of IT initiatives
Accountable for end-to-end support. Interface directly with the business including understanding concerns, defining requirements, engaging the business for testing as needed and communicating incident status in business terms
Manage and audit service provider performance and productivity relative to SLAs to ensure service levels are maintained and continually improved
Prepare and monitor corresponding IT budgets. Work with purchasing and vendors on on-going software/hardware license maintenance
Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure all applications supported by service providers are effectively operated
Manage IT process compliance with corporate, divisional and local policies and procedures

Requirements

Degree’s holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
8 - 10 years of IT experience, especially with the experience of business application implementation covering Hong Kong, Taiwan and China in a diversified business environment, preferably in health care industry/ FMCG or any sizable company
Strong experience in project management
Good understanding on digital landscape in Hong Kong, Taiwan and has demonstrated experience on digital related projects on website, Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat
Good knowledge on inventory management system and third-party operation model
Experience in MS SharePoint, MS Dynamic CRM and Salesforce.com
Basic BPCS knowledge, SAP roll out and affiliate IT operation experience
Knowledge of business environment and service requirements
Experience on global collaboration for application project implementation
Ability to work with service providers to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels
Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in clear way
Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
Travel is required
