China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited is a company that is wholly owned by China Life Insurance Group Company, functioned as promoting Group’s business development overseas, with branches in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. To cope with our business growth, we are inviting high caliber professionals to join our Hong Kong Branch for the following position:

Responsibility:

  • Develop the company’s performance management system, as well as the yearly objectives and plans
  • Develop and monitor the scorecards / KPIs and highlights areas for senior management review
  • Work closely with the company’s key stakeholders and senior management; advise the different business units on setting up and implementing performance management system
  • Responsible for conducting performance appraisal exercise for middle to senior management of the company
  • Set up the Performance Appraisal Information System, so as to provide data and turn into insights for formulating upcoming human resources policies
  • Prepare performance appraisal report and conduct analysis, implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results
  • Continue to improve on and give recommendations on the existing performance management system and staff motivation and human resources policies
  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 8 years of experience in HR, with 4 years performance management experience
  • Well versed in MS office applications & Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-initiative and detail minded with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stable team player and strong organizational skills
  • Mature, able to manage a multi tasks effectively and efficiently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
