We are partnering with a very reputable and large investment bank and they are expanding rapidly particularly within this year. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team to drive all their HR strategic initiatives.
Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. You will be a senior strategic HR Business Partner and advisor to key stakeholders and your responsibilities will include driving people strategy and development by providing advice on succession planning, talent identification and career development, enhance employee engagement, drive recruitment initiatives to support the business, develop, implement strategic manpower planning to support company growth and manage the total compensation review cycle. As a Senior HR Partner, you will provide professional HR advice and recommend solutions to the business stakeholders.
