(Senior) Financial Management Manager (Fund Transfer Pricing Division)
Responsibilities
  • Assist to construct the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism and management policy
  • Assist to establish and implement the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism for other subsidiary banks of the group
  • Propose FTP strategies matching for asset and liability management objectives
  • Continuous review, support and maintain the daily operation of the FTP mechanism
  • Monitor and analyze net interest income movement of business units, propose related recommendations
  • Assist to establish ALM and FTP system, develop behavioral models of products and customer segments and monitor the movement of trends
  • Assist to develop and implement of the FTP mechanism policy, administrative measures, and operating procedures.
  • Assist to execute on ALCO business strategies and FTP support measures
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in BBA, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting,Comuputer or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification in CFA, FRM, HKICPA, ACCA, ACIB, ACIS would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with experiences in FTP/ financial markets / asset & liability management/ risk management/Development of ALM(FTP)System
  • Knowledge in Basel III requirements, HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management policies
  • Show initiative at work, good planning, analytical and report writing skills, good cordination and communication skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, articulate Mandarin speaking
  • Good command of computer analytic applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc. SASSQL and Macro would be an advantage
