We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Finance Manager, Analytics and Insight.

Principal responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the identification and application of digital reporting solutions to support the business in achieving its objectives.
  • Strategic analysis and decision support to understand the financial performance and identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Ability to combine internal and external data to create meaningful analysis and insight for the business, and create models to provide forward looking views and leading indicators on business performance.
  • Perform rigorous, complex analytics and develop appropriate what if and scenario models for a range.
  • Responsible for end to end delivery of a digital reporting solution to end users, working with global teams to align to the overall business and finance digital strategy, from business requirement gathering to coordination of tasks amongst different teams, stakeholder briefing and rollout of the end solution.
  • Responsible for project planning, escalation of issues to management on timely basis and deliver end solution to agreed outcome, timeline and budget.
  • Responsible for data quality assurance, design test scripts to support UAT, and conduct user training prior to the launch of the new MI dashboards.
  • Working closely with business management teams to define appropriate measures and translating into MI requirements.
  • Ability to use the newly developed MI to support and challenge the status quo.

Requirements ​
  • Candidate should have prior experience in the implementation of MI dashboards or customer analytics, using Business Intelligence tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense, SAS VA, Tableau or similar.
  • Can demonstrate strong project discipline, planning and collaboration skills.
  • Able to adapt to change, anticipate issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Good understanding about data infrastructure, data quality and controls.
  • Solid working experience and knowledge in data analytics.
  • Solution oriented mindset and proactive approach in driving change and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to deliver solutions requiring the input of multiple stakeholders.
