Senior Deposits Product Manager
Responsibilities - Coordinating, formulate, manage and execute tasks of system related projects for deposits and other banking services, including system requirement, acceptance test, data migration and implementation plan formulation
- Formulate, develop and improve deposits products and services (such as payment account and ATM Card etc) in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and efficiency
- Manage, formulate of deposits products plan and constantly monitor, tracking and make recommendations to improve the overall business performance
- Familiar with branch operation and process
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 8 year experience in product and system management and development, 3 year or which must be in banking/financial industry and 1 year and above management experience
- Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin preferred
