Work you'll do:
  • Help client to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational issues by formulating business strategy, defining strategic initiatives and transforming client's operations
  • Design new operating models based on client's requirements, conduct review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Develop deep situational expertise with the combination of sector and offering domain to make tailored recommendations that enable the client's strategic agenda
  • Integrate across numerous transformation programs to deliver strategic client impact
  • Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
  • Support clients in their digital transformation journeys and creating innovation across the ecosystem
  • Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
  • Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
  • Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
  • Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
  • Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clien ts

Your role as a leader:

  • Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
  • Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
  • Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
  • Develop high-performing people and team through challenging and meaningful opportunities
  • Act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make

  • Bachelor degree or above in business, commerce, management, or related disciplines

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on the following areas:
    • Digital strategy & transformation
    • Health insurance
    • Distribution strategy & transformation - particularly agency and bancassurance
    • Business model transformation
    • Performance management
    • Service operations

  • Deep understanding of life, general and/or health insurance industry dynamics and value creation opportunities is preferred
  • Solid project delivery experience; having successfully managed or led complex, multi-function / multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset to create disruptive impacts for clients
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is mandatory
  • Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
