Senior Business Development Manager (Business Development Team)
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer's needs in order to offer different solutions (cross-selling bank products)
- Collaborate with all product stakeholders for follow up.
- Participate in project researches and assist in business planning
- Prepare and assist in organizing events, support and coordinate with the team members
- Maintain a good relationship and clients and ensure to delivery of excellent customer experience
- Manage sales staff to enhance productivity and capabilities, such as devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business and guide colleagues to cross-sell products and deal with product-related matter
- Ensure the workflows and procedures meet the deadlines, review the progress from time to time
- Utilize the resources and ensure every segment of team work effectively
- Identify potential colleagues through coaching and arrange appropriate training
- Facilitate a good and harmonious working environment and atmosphere Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI preferred
- Sound knowledge and at least 5 years' solid experiences in retail banking products & services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products, knowledge and experiences in corporate banking products & services a definite advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills and Chinese input
