Job Description

• Liaise with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and analyse requirements
• Document business needs clearly and translate them into functional solutions
• Support system implementation by developing UAT plans and executing testing cycles
• Define test scenarios, prepare test data, and ensure timely completion of UAT
• Identify, track, and escalate defects to ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare user guides and conduct training sessions for system enhancements
• Provide ongoing support to end users and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Prior exposure to insurance products, operations, or processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data accurately
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
