We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Act as senior business analyst on strategic Change the Bank system projects within HSBC Securities Services for Global Distribution Support and Transfer Agency
  • Testing planning and execution support for projects
  • Handle project implementation following proper governance
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders for successful project implementation
  • Be responsible for Business Requirements Document delivery and assist Information Technology department to deliver quality solution
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for easy reference

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, and Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
  • Experience in Finance and Banking industry environment such as Transfer Agency, Fund Administrator, Unit Trust, Mutual Fund Administration, Brokerage House, and Custodian
  • Experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
  • Able to provide a high standard of customer service in a timely manner.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programming and automation.
  • Recognized project management qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in performing business analysis in Agile project is a plus
