Senior Associate / Associate, Client Services – Fund Administration & Custody

  • Provide client service by review and ensure solid understanding of client requirements and compliance with Service Level Standard.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels. Initiate service review at frequency as agreed with client.

  • Be the voice of the customer, take ownership for solutions.

  • Facilitate query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses.

  • Ensure effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact, including Market Bulletins, operations queries, questionnaires, etc

  • Maintain MIS on client AUC and activity for internal reporting/reference

  • Assist the Department Head to develop action plan to improve productivity and to make recommendations on modification of procedures and application of technology to enhance operational efficiency and minimize operational risk

  • Promote and encourage open and good communication among all levels of staff

  • Escalate exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions to the Department Head and other relevant parties


  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in client services in Custody and/or Fund Administration with good people skill
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with solid background and experience in Fund Administration
  • Experience in HiPortfolio system would be an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
