The Client Management team is focus to deliver highly valued services and solutions to clients to ensure quality services are consistently delivered; and to manage and strengthen the business relationship with clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to Client Management team on handling clients’ day to day queries and questions and to co-ordinate with relevant internal parties on resolving client questions and exception on timely manner;
  • To work closely with Client Service Manager to prepare documents / presentation materials for client review meetings and may occasionally attend and participate such meetings;
  • To work closely with Client Service Manager/ Relationship Manager to co-ordinate & arrange effective client onboarding and new account / new market opening;
  • To support the preparation initial review and on-going review of client documentations and per internal procedures e.g. Deal Sheet KYC review annual client review risk rating etc.;
  • To provide project and administrative support to the client management team;
  • To assist the review of client billings and invoices for accurate and timely dissemination to all clients;
  • To assist the review and analysis of client profitability and explore ways of improvement for management consideration.
  • To keep abreast of all clients’ background and their business trends and escalate issues that may affect risk compliance and legal issues;

  • University Graduate
  • over 5 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in asset management and asset servicing
  • Strong communication interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong team player self-motivated ability work effectively and autonomously
