Provide general administration and office service for the Company, Executes and coordinates office operations and recreations, and Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures

Job Description:

  1. Provide general administration and office service for the Company, e.g. office renovation, relocation, procurement and supplies, office security, office equipment maintenance and repair, fixed assets management etc and ad hoc duties etc.;
  2. Executes and coordinates office operations and recreations such as birthday party, meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations and special events such as annual dinner and team building activities;
  3. Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures to meet with the Company needs
  4. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  5. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Associate.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 7 to 10 years relevant and hands-on office administration experience in sizable companies, preferably in Chinese Financial Institutions;
  2. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
  3. Be responsible and proactive, with probity and good character
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy;
  5. Demonstrated ability to take initiative with a result and customer focused attitude;
  6. Working knowledge of full suite Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc and Chinese typing skills;
  7. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English proficiency is a must;
