Responsibilities

Risk, Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies; identify operational risks and assist in implementing measures
• Assist in updating business strategies and operational protocols to ensure risks remain within prescribed targets
• Assist in cross-departmental compliance communication, cascade policy updates to staff, and support the implementation of new internal controls
• Handle compliance tracking, report operational issues, and support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
• Assist in identifying team training needs regarding compliance and fulfill statutory due diligence duties

Business Strategy & Analytics :

• Define clear business goals and management strategies for different customer segments
• Segment customers by financial value to assist in optimizing resource allocation
• Assist management in strategic business planning and continuously monitor segment performance
• Formulate and monitor marketing plans to maximize segment contribution and drive revenue growth
• Lead customer lifecycle initiatives, including customer cross-selling, up-selling, and retention
• Leverage smart technologies and data tools to drive innovative banking solutions
• Analyze customer behavior and business trends using data analytics and statistical models

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications such as CFP, CFA, CFMP, or CM/CPM(HK) are highly preferred
• At least 3 years working experience in the banking industry
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Mandarin would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools
• Strong understanding of banking operations, SME solutions, local regulatory requirements, and market best practices
• Proven coordination, management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and optimize business processes
