The Roles Responsibilities

 

Sales Operations and Control

  • Enhance the daily operations from time to time in order to increase productivity
  • Ensure the operation process is fully comply with Bank's policy and procedure
  • Assist to undertake special assignment from management
  • Assist line manager in sales management and planning
  • Observe Bank's internal control standards including timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external Governance Dept.
  • Providing governance and oversight over the implementation of surprise check
  • Ensure document retention policies are applied
  • Advise management on matters concerning risk and controls
  • Assist business in daily operations to ensure that they are following guidelines and procedures, comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures
  • Report any suspicious activity to FCC and line manager 

 

Delivering Business Performance

  • Support Corporate Partnerships RM/ARM on sales and service related process
  • Enhance daily operations from time to time in order to increase productivity
  • PIN / TIN management - include distribution and record reconciliation
  • Coupon management - include distribution and record reconciliation
  • Update Telephone list for Corporate Partnerships Team
  • E-procurement on bill settlement
  • Documentations and forms for data input - Maker
  • (e.g. Pan Bank MGM campaign SharePoint input, AP Soft Demo Referral)
  • Assist to undertake special assignment from management
  • Office equipment management
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual return to other Dept. – Maker

 

Risk Management Control

  • Ensure comply with external and internal regulations and policies. Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct. Understand and adhere to the Bank's Risk policies
  • Follow operating and instructions / procedures, understand duties and responsibilities and the need to seek clarification or escalate issues in timely manner
  • Comply with all Anti Money Laundering prevention procedures, report any suspicious activity to line manager and Financial Crime Risk Dept.
  • Complete e-learning on time, attend training and on the job training adequate to undertake full duties and responsibilities to prevent any operational risk
  • No fail audit and enhance control and process to minimize audit recommendations
  • Advise management on matters concerning risk and controls
  • Ensure operation process is fully comply with Bank's policy and procedure
  • Appointed as Fire Marshal
  • Appointed as First Aider
  • Appointed as EV Coordinator
  • License management - Maker
  • New Joiner management - Maker
  • Exit management - Maker
  • Assist line manager in sales management and planning
  • MIS reporting update to senior management

 

Sales Governance and Operational Risk Management

  • Provide governance and oversight over the implementation of surprise check
    • Perform surprise check on monthly basis to avoid data leakage on personal data
    • Perform random check on travel & expenses management
  • Attend regular team discussions on risk awareness, operation and risk control improvement, lessons learned from incidents and identify best practices to strengthen team's operational risk awareness and knowledge
