• We are looking for a Sales Manager who is based in Hongkong to help us develop professional services business (IPO projects) by acquiring IPO clients (those intended to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) • Ideally, the candidate is familiar with IPO process, and has well-established relationships with investment banks, financial institutions and other third-party agents, i.e. financial PR agency, financial publishing and printing company, etc.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully manage individual performance and collaboratively working with internal fulfillment team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, investment banks, financial institutions by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when as  needed
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify market shifts while being fully aware of competition status

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, proven work experience as a sales manager, account manager or other relevant experience in professional service is preferred
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Commit to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Flexible about the time work on occasional nights and weekends, such as business travel, business dinner and other business activities
  • High proficiency in English and Cantonese
