As team members, they will work closely with seniors to retain, manage, enhance and develop the relationship with institutional clients in the region, and ultimately drive commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Responsible for distributing research reports, coordinating client requests for research, projects, specific products and services (conference calls, corporate roadshows, strategy seminars, conference one on ones etc.)
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in finance or business-related studies
  • With clean disciplinary records
  • Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues
  • 3+ years of experience in securities firms or other financial institutions, previous equity research experience preferred
  • With institutional clients’ resources preferred
  • Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
  • Work experienced in Chinese securities firm preferred
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
