As a Sales Associate, you will be trained into selling our Technology Solutions to new and existing customers, being tasked to manage the full sales cycle. You will be speaking to existing and potential Clients, creating sales opportunities as well as delivering outstanding customer services. No sales experience is required. Our team have background in all sorts of different industries and full training will be provided. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys interacting with people, customer services, sales, and consultancy type work. Entry-level experience will definitely be considered.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Present Mainstay Asia and deliver innovative solutions to Clients
- Understand and deliver a sales target & KPI’s
- Manage sales pipeline and submit weekly updates to management
- Seek out creative ways to get in touch with potential Clients
- Create emails and messages to capture the attention of prospects to set up a call
- Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively
- Deliver Social Media industry best practise across platforms
- Support Client meetings and sales pitches
- Collaborate with team members throughout the sales process
Requirements of the Role:
- 0-3 commercial years’ experience
- Passion for Sales or Customer Services with a natural ability to influence people
- Interest in Technology
- Previous experience within a sales role would be a big plus
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Good customer service attitude coupled with proactive problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident under pressure with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
