Job Description
- Set Strategy: Define and execute broking strategies, identifying new opportunities and market approaches.
- Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor the Client Executive team, fostering growth and excellence.
- Drive Client Success: Oversee strategic regional clients and projects, including project financing, complex contract reviews, and bespoke placement structures.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Align the team to deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Risk Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to design solutions for complex client needs, recommending additional products and services where appropriate.
- Regional Oversight: Build strong internal relationships, manage pipelines, and oversee technical resources and insurance/reinsurance programs. Specific Asia retail country responsibility will be assigned.
- Digital Innovation: Lead the development of our construction digital platform and create impactful client-facing materials for RFPs and presentations.
- Experience: At least 10 years in construction insurance broking or related roles, with a proven track record in client management and industry expertise.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of construction risks and insurance markets.
- Network: Established relationships within the construction and insurance sectors.
- Regional Insight: Experience in multicultural, multinational environments
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and engage confidently with C-suite executives.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to drive growth and collaborate effectively across business units.
- Adaptability: Resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments.
