Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) segment
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FIG sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, risk, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of FIG clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform the development of innovative products and services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Proven record within the financial services industry, preferably in the FIG segment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with C-suite executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial products and structures
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational
