This opportunity is with a well-established regional bank with heavy retail presence locally. seeking for a best-in-class candidate to join their COO team in a strategic role to manage and develop business controls across the consumer banking segment.
Key themes of this role will include surveillance, customer experience management, data leakage, and sales quality management; this is a role whereby you would have hands-on support directly with the COO and Head of Consumer Banking whilst also working very closely in dealing with the regulators and have heavy involvement in the development of business controls.
Further accountabilities include -
Ideal candidates will have EXCELLENT command of English (especially written) with fluency in Cantonese. You will also have 15+ years of experience within retail banking operations, risk, controls and sound regulatory knowledge. Furthermore, you will have the ability to think strategically and analytically with the ability to actively resolve conflicts in a sensitive matter. You will also have prior experience in the above mentions tasks.
