An international asset management house is looking for high calibres to join as Senior Institutional Sales. The position is based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

Responsible for sales generation and client relationship management in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and Macau for complex institutional accounts. Identifies new business opportunities with new client relationships. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans for the development of sustainable and diversified sales pipelines. Maintains significant industry experience and proactively researches trends, competitor services/offerings, and clients' business environment. Oversees existing complex client relationships. Maintains good relationship with all internal stakeholders but at the same time drive changes to cater for client needs. Evaluates the strategic potential of prospects; develops and executes a plan for capitalizing on those opportunities in the near and long term. Develops in-depth knowledge of institutional clients, their sensitivities, and their business needs to effectively influence their decision-making. Partners with marketing team and other sales teams to develop promotional and pitch materials. Analyzes highly complex data, trends, plan changes, and strategies to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance. Engages the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are in alignment with organizational policies and standards; maintains good relationship with internal stakeholders.

To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Sound knowledge and experience of institutional clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and Macau. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal stakeholders. Well organized and results focused.
