Our client - a prestigious, well-established international law firm in Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and elevate visibility across its elite Corporate, M&A, and Capital Markets practices.

Working directly with legal partners, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end proposal lifecycle - structuring and drafting high-quality, bilingual RFPs, pitches, and legal-directory submissions under tight deadlines. Beyond proposals, you will execute high-impact sector campaigns across corporate communications channels and project-manage full-lifecycle client events to maximize post-engagement business conversions.

To be considered, you must hold a university degree in Law, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, backed by 3 to 5 years of business development experience within a corporate legal environment. Outstanding communication skills are essential, as you will independently manage both English and Chinese language pitches and credentials while confidently collaborating with senior stakeholders.
