Our client is the newly setup sizable real-estate asset management based in Hong Kong. Their management team is reputable in the market and from leading professional firms. The license of SFC Type 4 & 9 activities is ready and they are now looking for sole RO1 holders to join their financial group.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated Type 1 activities. 
  • Report to top management for business establishment 
  • Responsible for the execution of Placement activities 
  • Work with investment team, operation team and compliance team closely 
  • Assist in communicating with regulatory department 
  • Establish proper documentation of all regulated activities 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 8 years experience relevant experience 
  • Responsible Officer Type 1 (RO1) holder
  • With ECM/DCM is preferred 
  • Great command of English and Chinese
