Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in insurance, banking, or finance is preferred


• A minimum of 3 years' experience within the mortgage sector, either at a financial institution or brokerage firm


• Possession of relevant certifications, including MPF, general insurance, and investments, along with adherence to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements


• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and a broad range of banking offerings, including general banking services, insurance, and investments


• An independent worker with a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively collaborating across both front-line and internal departments


• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships and networking within the industry


• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset
