Your focus will be around the talent and leadership development for the region partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand, facilitate and execute initiatives on talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and learning and development. We are partnering with a leading banking institution and they are currently expanding their business in the region. With this they are looking for a Regional Talent and Learning Manager to join their growing team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Regional Head of HR. Your focus will be around the talent and leadership development for the region partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand, facilitate and execute initiatives on talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and learning and development. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing ongoing talent and leadership programme, driving the end to end talent and leadership development agenda for the region and identify development needs, develop learning roadmap for talents and critical positions, facilitate regional succession planning discussions to strengthen talent pipeline, promote and educated the bank on performance management and provide advice on actions and next steps.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Possess at least 7-8 years of relevant HR talent development and learning experience in reputable organisations with sound knowledge on market best practice
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and excellent facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good command of spoken and written English
