Due to our continued rapid expansion in the region we are looking to hire a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition manager to support our hiring requirements across Asia. You will have a proven track record recruiting across multiple positions and have an exceptional work ethic. Your role will be crucial in bringing the best talent from the market place to Links as well as developing robust sourcing channels to ensure Talent Pipeline is positioned effectively for our rapid growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Links International to ensure we have access to top quality talent in the region.
  • Create a talent pool across our disciplines through market mapping and headhunting of our competitors across the region
  • Work with Operations and HR to ensure all live job adverts are maintained on job boards, Links website and internally
  • Proactive Headhunting throughout the Recruitment, HR Outsourcing and Commercial industries to ensure pipeline of top quality talent is maintained
  • Develop innovative ways to attract the broadest candidate pool to Links International
  • Work with marketing to ensure that 'Work with Us' page on website is updated on a regular basis
  • Work with marketing to ensure that the links culture and brand is projected to the market and internally via various channels
  • Work with managers to ensure they are meeting with the best talent in the market place on a regular bases and reduce time-to-hire
  • Meet pre-agreed targets for successful placements
  • Work with HR and Operations to further develop and enhance the on-boarding experience
  • Work with board to clearly define the recruitment and selection process/criteria

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years' experience in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition for a MNC
  • Strong track record of Sales and achieving targets
  • University Degree holder ideally from an International University
  • Excellent Command of English and Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
