To participate in different recruitment projects for Corporate Banking clients in Hong Kong, Singapore and China
To understand different job function in Banking area, research on team structure and map out potential candidate source accordingly
To approach potential candidate via Phone calls, E-mail or any other possible method.
To qualify potential candidates and provide a shortlist of candidates to senior manager
To understand the push and pull factor of the candidate, and to manage their expectation throughout the hiring process.
To follow-up on placed candidates to make sure they are happy with the new position
